What causes a Brain Aneurysm?

I made a hypothetical assumption in one of my previous post(s), which was that the pains in my brain where down to something called a Aneurysm and I have been able to switch them off quite a number of times since I was a kid. (Btw just a point, I know what conditions I am more likely to get these pains, regardless whether they are anerusyms or not, I would appreciate that people don't bother me with their advice with me personally, as I do see specialists for my ADHD and medical health, thank you.)

I've read someone very someone famous could do the same thing, and to be honest I thought nothing more of it because I imagined it's not a huge deal, as I grew older, and got some training with British Red Cross I was educated that unfortunately many people die not because of getting a anerusym but because they don't get medical attention quickly enough.

A famous person once said "if you teach a duck to fly a spacecraft to Uranus, then will aliens hear it's quacking adventures but the "real" question is;

Will the duck(s) be covered in dark matter on the way back, and how is this #detectable!?

Just a quickie, being a man that's very plausible, so firstly apologies for my dark sense of humour!  But this topic is rather grim and it's a blog, so please don't take what I have to say as medical gospel, it's really just my opinion, which is not hugely medical based! (I'm sure you know that already!)

So according to StepInHealth
"brain aneurysm happens when a blood vein in the brain fills up with brain (so a double helping of brain isn't good lol) and causes pressure at the same time, especially on this part of your head."

A quote taken from Steptohealth
"Is there an obvious origin that can be determined in order to prevent them? The answer is “yes and no”Most of the times, it could be an innate pathology, or in other words, you can be born with this small blood vessel already inflamed in your brain. The other possibility is for you to suffer from an aneurysm caused by other diseases like a kidney problem, circulatory problems, problems in your veins and arteries…

Infections, high blood pressure, a head injury, having certain kinds of cancer… All of that can also cause these small and dangerous accumulations of blood in your brain, which interrupts proper blood flow."

Back to my blog....

Hang on, I did read that right, yeah I just rechecked that, "so a blood vessel fills up with brain" scary.

So basically its complicated!!!!! But to simply put it, some of our veins are a bit, like inner tubes in cycle tyres, and unknowingly there are parts of these veins that wear thinner over time. Perhaps, this is caused by smoking, or excess exercise or standing up for extremely long periods of time, which most likely causes circulation problems in the legs... then there's sitting down for excess amounts of time, that can also effect circulation and probably increases the wear on certain parts of the vein system in the body!!!!

But for #ADHD'ers, its the brain... as we naturally have very creative minds (or imagainations) then the fact we get brain aneurysm.

Imagine Keanu Reeves doing the next bit "So can, #theADHDguy reveal all whilst wearing a bathrobe and his birthday suit...or just stick to talking about the Aneurysm, please?"

The one without a medical degree?  Possibly but without theLayman or theLayWoman or theLayThey (yeah I remembered you too), talking about the problem, the doc's or the shrinks lol or the listeners (psychologists) can't help or advise us where there next port of call may be, however it's our choice what happens next.  As there might not be a problem being ADHD!  ......! Also, this may only help me, it's my theory (I-amMyOwnTheoryOfEverything) (and you are Your-OwnTheoryOfEverything), that has helped me every time, but I know if I'm really stressed by what I call "unwanted attention", (so just ask if someone minds having their photo taken!), with unwanted attention, its more likely to occur though there are lots of other factors too.., so I'll try and explain the best I can and I'll search to see if there are any specialists, who will be able just to say whether they agree or disagree with my hypothesis.

Btw, me doing physical activity also de-stresses me, like riding my bike, or my motorbike (it helps de-stressing my brain), riding a horse, driving my car, or playing games, so all this can naturally raise dopamine levels but more over it also prevents me from using my imagination too much, as I need more skill or focus to be on the present, that's the solution!
Things like painting are pretty mundane tasks and unless I really exercise myself, like paint really fast or focus hard on the task or use a wallpaper stripper - the metal thing to actually strip the walls - listen to fast music, then I find myself distracted easily... for intricate or precision tasks, it becomes much harder to get distracted as my focus obviously is being overwhelmed (which is good in this instance) then again my mind can't wonder, which may be another reasons us ADHD'ers are perfectionists! Or like bassy drum n bass!!!

As remember I'm not looking for advice or consultation for myself but if this post can help others or inspire others to expand on what they already understand and help save lives...then awesome! God bless you.  Or may the Spaghetti monster bless you if your a atheist or Uranus bless you if you are Graham Norton or a woman who likes it that way...

But if you get a Aneurysm don't chance try to switch it off, as you read some "alternative medicine" on the internet or anywhere else.... as its most likely, my ability, regardless whether I was born like this or the car accident when I was 6 years old caused it.   I have been able to switch them off with my own way, through my faith...love of G-d!!!!! #Soundtheory or Music therapy can distress me before it gets to the stage, so yes I'm constantly listening to music, I'm not trying to be rude... but I love my music time, its a way to chill out but I also love family time too... And motorbike rides lol and creative time!!!!

So if you feel a sudden sharp pain in the brain, at the back centre of your head, a sort of popping sensation and then a very sharp PAIN, its not like a headache.... call 999, however it may go away, to become like a freezing sensation which drifts off in lots of directions (but at this stage its not got much worse to be honest).  However if it stays the same or keeps getting worse to the point you get dizzy or lose any sight or your sight is blurred in anyway..call 999.

Here is the offically NHS page which I have nothing to do with nor do they advise me on my blog either but here is there advice...

This leads to an extremely serious condition known as a subarachnoid haemorrhage, where bleeding caused by the ruptured aneurysm can cause extensive brain damage and symptoms such as:
  • a sudden agonising headache – it's been described as a "thunderclap headache", similar to a sudden hit on the head, resulting in a blinding pain unlike anything experienced before
  • stiff neck
  • sickness and vomiting
  • pain on looking at light

A ruptured brain aneurysm is a medical emergency. If you suspect someone has had a brain haemorrhage, which could be caused by a ruptured aneurysm, call 999 immediately and ask for an ambulance.

Especially if you/or the person starts throwing up, just do it! If you feel sick or dizzy, then ring the emergency services but leave the door open/tell a neighbour/someone before you have any rest!!!!!!!  You got 30 minutes when the person starts throwing up.... Remember in the UK its 999

The main problem in being able to prove I have this ability, is, I can't! Sorry.  Just have faith in people... (Faith is in my mind; positive uncertainty, and uncertainty isn't a bad thing, it's basically the future and the present, as we can't control everything all the time, it's not possible!!!! so don't worry!!

As it's not possible, however ADHD'ers greatest gift is "inattenion", thought its "normal people's" nightmare.  I'll try to explain this, as inattention actually saves our lives sometimes, as when we become too stressed, too anxious, and we pay too much "attention" to our imagination hence where the "inattention" saves us, as the inattention to our imagination the stress cannot get too much..

Its this poisonous mix that I believe the neurotransmitter dopamine ignites the ADRENALINE, and this is when, any blood vessel that isn't weak, can burst! As its the concentration of the all the information in a single place in the brain that is the Aneurysm...!

But for ADHD'ers, it will most likely be in the brain, because of our imagination for others, it can be elsewhere.... So I'll throw in some science down below! Perhaps people do have weak blood vessels from smoking or a activity...or veins in their legs etc...

As these Aneurysms can kill us quickly, probably because of the rate our brains work and as our heart rates are faster!  As ADHD is a natural element, we are born this way, so you can't slow people's brains or heart rates unnaturally, unless you want them in some sort of coma!  Or boring mode!!!!!!! Yawn.

So why is it Adrenaline that kills us and not Dopamine?  Because Dopamine is the neurotransmitter that initialises the adrenaline.... like a domino effect!

BTW I just found some dude called  Arvid Carlsson won the 2000 Nobel Prize in medicine for finding Dopamine as a chemical "attaboy." As its well known as a precursor to adrenaline.

Can I have one if I'm correct? lol ...

What's a Nobel Prize anyway, is it made out of chocolate?
 (and chocolate ignites dopamine... #teehehe)

So its the Atomic mass I believe is the important part here.... And here are the two molar masses we are concentrating on (no pun intended)

Adrenaline or Epinephrine...
Epinephrine/Molar mass

183.2044 g/mol

VS

Dopamine/Molar mass
153.18 g/mol
So the molar mass is substantially higher, so take into the massive heart rate and the small size of the blood vessels too! Then take into account ADHD'ers have brilliant imagination skills (as do you too if you believe!), but combining this lethal mix and concentrating a single image whilst your awake and your still probably doing another task too, but this task will probably be something like painting.... and hence why the added visual thoughts/imagination combined with all the other information will rupture any vessel, anywhere, at anytime, but the more stressed someone is, the more likely sudden death occurs!  As you are expecting a awful lot of information or #energy to be stored in a single location in the body, at a single time!

If one takes the analogy of storing energy into a lithium battery, and pressuring it at a single point in time, the batteries have a habit of bursting or exploding, so if the same can happen in electronic devices, as can in our brains!

Quote from bebrainfit.com
Drugs that increase dopamine are "Nicotine increases it by 200%, cocaine 400%, and amphetamines a jaw-dropping 1,000%."

So, the problem with being medicated on any stimulant but things like Ritalin this increases the neurotransmitter dopamine up to 1000%!!!!! So whilst being on it, its even harder to switch these off... I can do it but I have to be in a quiet place..and probably listening to some decent drum n bass!

 #soundtheory

That is noises or activity that actually we can't escape aka "unwanted attention", as this is what causes our greatest fear, and perhaps even a reason why most of us are super sensitive, and it's something the majority of ADHD'ers can understand but most of them will never get one of these pains, or if they do, its called sudden death for a reason.  However that said, don't worry about it..because the likehood you getting this is 620,000 people in UK out of 64 million.............. and even then, my theory is very limited, so keep calm and listen/play to that music!!!!! Do ART and Relax.

I have had all sorts things happen to me growing up, I used to ask "God", what's OCD? And within a months, I had it symptoms! Mayb I was unlucky or just pretty smart as I knew what the symptoms of having it....and hence I'm not sure Professor Stephen Hawkins has what he does but I'll have to leave this post for the moment as I have to register for a job now...  The problem is I was young, and then I started doing things repetitive, and for some reason I had to walk around the house in a certain way, a certain amount of times or had a voice saying "bad things would happen to me.", which is basically now what I understand as schizophrenia or delusions but I've never taken any pill to shut it down or sedate it or anything, but eventually I worked out what caused the voices, so I just had faith to get me through life and now even the voices have gone! Though I have one who tells me to do the dishes every now and then, oh yeah, my girlfriend!!!!! ;)

btw to work out the delusion, its about a pain in the past, so a clever person once said something about "the truth is in the pain".  It's not a easy thing to go through, but you have to forgive others in the past, even though they shouldn't have done what they did but remember, they might have not realised it either, and that's the bit scientists will eventually work out! And science starts with, loving yourself....
